About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a well‑established Australian product distributor in Auburn. This full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position works within a corporate office environment, handling customer enquiries and order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process product orders, quotations and general account requests using internal office systems.
- Provide accurate information on a wide product catalogue and delivery services.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office‑based customer service or administration role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, reliable and genuinely customer‑focused attitude.
