Customer Service Officer - Airport West

About the role

A Customer Service Officer is needed at Airport West, where the first point of contact for customers is provided. You will give customers up-to-date information about their repairs and reassure them that their car is in capable hands. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with no weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the environment is always customer friendly.
• Check in all customers as they present for their assessment.
• Provide a caring and professional service during all customer interactions.
• Manage the customer return to collect the vehicle once repairs are completed and address any concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
• Strives to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• High attention to detail.
• Organised, with exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
• Works well in a team.
