Join the St George Castle Hill branch as a Customer Service Advisor, providing everyday banking support and tailored solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking transactions and inquiries.
- Offer tailored solutions and identify opportunities to introduce additional financial products.
- Maintain strong relationships through clear and confident communication.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong time‑management skills.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
