Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Join Aussie Broadband’s call centre team and provide first‑class support to residential customers. You’ll receive comprehensive training to troubleshoot issues, handle fault finding and deliver a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls across a rotating roster (8 am‑12 am, Monday‑Sunday, including public holidays).
• Assist customers with account and technical enquiries via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot non‑service‑related issues and follow help‑desk processes.
• Escalate complex problems according to privacy and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Interest in the telco industry (experience helpful but not required).
• Curiosity about IT and technology.
• Background in customer service or accounts.
• Clear, warm communication and an empathetic, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Confident computer usage and basic data‑entry ability.
