About the role
Join Rentokil Initial’s Customer Service team in Geelong as a Customer Service Consultant. You will work from our office, providing phone and email support to both commercial and residential customers while promoting our pest, hygiene and indoor plant services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and email enquiries from commercial and residential clients.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
- Schedule services for residential customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet KPI targets and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
- Office‑based and based in Geelong.
- Experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
- Problem‑solving mindset and team‑oriented attitude.
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
