About the role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will join a friendly Customer Service Centre team in Rivervale, delivering high‑level service to customers across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and manage orders for concrete and aggregate products.
Work within shift patterns (5am‑1pm, 6:30am‑2:30pm, 9am‑5pm weekdays and occasional Saturday shifts).

Required profile

No prior logistics or construction experience required; a 4‑week training program is provided.
Strong problem‑solving, resilience, curiosity and compassion when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.

Effective communication and customer service abilities.
