Customer Service Advisor – Fitness & Wellbeing Support

About the role

Join Xplor Technologies' Global Operations Contact Centre as the first point of contact for fitness and wellbeing consumers across Australia and New Zealand. You will represent our trusted brand, helping members of gyms, leisure centres and studios resolve queries and enjoy a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and chats promptly and courteously, aiming for high first‑time resolution.
• Manage communications related to service contracts, payments and account queries.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Engage with customers regarding overdue balances and follow collections policies.
• Record all interactions in the administration and query‑management systems.
• Update internal and external tools accurately according to defined scripts and negotiation guidelines.

Required profile

• Motivated by helping others and solving problems.
• Strong cultural awareness of Australian and New Zealand customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt communication style to regional nuances.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
