Customer Relations Consultant

About the role

SIXT Australia is looking for a full-time Customer Relations Consultant based in Sydney, with a part-time option of 19 hours per week also available. The role is hybrid, combining work from home with offices in Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park. You will protect and enhance the customer experience by handling enquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically, working closely with internal teams and franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and requests by phone, email, social media and written correspondence, resolving them in a timely and professional way.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
• Identify recurring issues and trends and give feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and service quality KPIs.
• Promote and maintain SIXT standards, safety practices and core values in all interactions.

Required profile

• Working rights in Australia.
• Ability to complete a National Criminal History Check as part of the recruitment process.
