Customer Re‑engagement Agent – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Re‑engagement Agents to join our Brisbane CBD team. In this full‑time position you will reconnect with warm leads—customers who have previously shown interest in our financial services—and help them make smarter money decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day, delivering quality, value‑focused conversations.
• Follow professional scripts while using personal charisma to handle objections.
• Qualify leads and transfer warm prospects to the specialist broker team in a timely manner.
• Achieve performance benchmarks and contribute to team targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and commission earnings.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with experience in sales, hospitality, retail, media sales, or fundraising.
• Excellent customer service skills and resilience.
• Confidence to ask for sales and ability to convey advice persuasively.
• Target‑driven mindset and motivation to exceed KPIs.

• Base salary up to $65,000 AUD plus super, with quarterly salary reviews.
• Uncapped commission structure; top performers can earn $130,000 AUD OTE or more.
