Customer Re-engagement Agent – Brisbane

About the role

The Customer Re‑engagement Agent will reconnect with warm leads—people who have previously shown interest in our financial services—and help them rediscover the benefits of working with us. Based in a modern Brisbane CBD office, you will use professional scripts and your own charisma to re‑ignite interest and guide customers toward smarter financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day, delivering 3‑4 hours of talk time focused on quality conversations.
• Maintain performance benchmarks and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Follow approved scripts, handle objections, and qualify leads for warm transfer to the specialist broker team.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine techniques and maximise commission earnings.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with experience in sales, hospitality, retail, media sales, charity fundraising or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle rejection resiliently.
• Highly motivated by targets and uncapped commission structures.
• Confident communicator who can persuade and advise customers effectively.
