About the role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will act as the vital link between Red Energy’s sales teams and new customers, ensuring each client’s journey begins smoothly. You will verify sales information for accuracy and guide customers through every step of the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Validate sales data and documentation before initiating onboarding.
- Provide a dedicated point of contact for new customers, answering queries and assisting with setup.
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously while delivering high‑quality service.
- Build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding status.
Required profile
- At least 12 months of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to multitask across several systems while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn and grow within the energy sector.
