Customer Marketing Manager – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Royal Canin is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for its Pet Professional (PRO) segment across Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and deliver engaging marketing activities that boost brand awareness and engagement with breeder, boarding, shelter and rescue customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and activate the PRO marketing and promotional calendar for breeder and boarding customers.
• Plan and execute the content calendar, including new product development requests and launches.
• Create marketing materials such as print, digital, signage and POS while ensuring budget compliance.
• Collaborate with the PRO Pillar Lead on event concepts and work cross‑pillar to leverage health marketing activities.

Required profile

• Consumer goods experience, including new product development and product launches.
• Marketing generalist background covering traditional, digital and social channels, preferably with a Bachelor’s in Marketing.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and creative with a passion for pets.

Required skills

• Experience managing marketing calendars and content execution.
• Ability to develop print, digital and POS marketing assets.
