Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking sessions and support them throughout their journey.
• Collaborate closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

• Proven experience in phone‑based client relations, sales, hospitality, or care.
