Customer Experience Manager – Patient Engagement & Growth

About the role

Dr Abbie Clinics is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Manager to lead patient engagement and drive growth across its network of podiatry and biomechanics clinics in New South Wales. This part‑time position focuses on converting enquiries into appointments, re‑engaging former patients, and guiding prospects through the clinic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new patient enquiries generated from marketing campaigns.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and meet weekly booking targets.
• Re‑engage previous patients who have not attended for ongoing care.
• Build trust and rapport over the phone, clearly explaining services and patient pathways.
• Manage follow‑up conversations until patients commit to treatment.
• Collaborate with practitioners and clinic teams to maximise patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident, persuasive communicator with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Resilient and comfortable working through an outbound call list daily.
• Target‑driven, energetic, highly organised and self‑motivated.
• Ability to overcome objections without being pushy and to build rapid trust.
• Passionate about helping people make informed healthcare decisions.
