Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Consultant to join its team in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with flexible working options, open to entry-level candidates who receive full training and ongoing development. Applicants must be Australian citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients (about 60-70 interactions per day, roughly 30-40 emails)
• Log client requests accurately into the systems
• Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
• Meet client KPIs and contribute to team targets
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Support and improve internal processes and procedures

Required profile

• Natural "people person" who enjoys helping others
• Confident communicator with a passion for customer service and excellent phone manner
• Strong multi-tasker with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude, integrity and honesty
• Organised, self-disciplined and a team player
• Call centre or customer service experience (retail, hospitality etc.) is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided
