Appointment Setter - Property Advisory

About the role

Inner Circle Group, a property advisory firm helping Australians invest in property, is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to work on-site in Southbank, Melbourne. The role works warm, inbound leads by phone, email and messaging, making 150+ calls a day to book quality consultations with senior Property Strategists. Base salary is $70k-$90k plus commission and weekly bonuses, with an OTE of $170k-$190k.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and understand each prospect's property goals
• Book, confirm and re-confirm consultations and follow-up meetings
• Handle objections confidently and build trust quickly
• Keep CRM records and calendars accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the advisory and sales teams so every appointment is well matched
• Support membership onboarding and ongoing member engagement

Required profile

• Experience in the property advisory industry (essential)
• A proven record of hitting or beating sales or booking targets
• Confident phone manner and clear written communication
• Strong time management and accuracy in record-keeping
• Resilient, coachable, customer-focused attitude
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team in Melbourne
