Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Customer Engagement Specialist connects with a high volume of new and existing ANZ small business customers to identify lending opportunities and provide working capital solutions that help start, run and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact small business customers through outbound lead‑based calling to uncover lending and banking opportunities.
• Build strong relationships by understanding business goals, challenges and funding needs.
• Recommend tailored products and services, guide customers through the lending application process and manage a portfolio of leads.
• Collaborate with specialist teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless outcomes and appropriate referrals.
• Track performance against sales, engagement and referral targets while maintaining product and policy knowledge.
