Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Specialists to join MECCA Brands’ Customer Care team at our Richmond Support Centre. In this role you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email and live chat, helping customers with loyalty program queries, delivery investigations, returns and service bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions regarding loyalty programmes, orders, deliveries and returns.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues and service booking requests.
• Maintain empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and find optimal solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build connections.
• Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
• Availability for a minimum of three shifts per week, including one weekend shift and Boxing Day.
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre on 28 July 2026 and a three‑week induction starting 21 September 2026.
