Customer Care Representative

About the role

Audika is seeking a motivated Customer Care Representative to join its Customer Growth Team. This permanent, full‑time position supports customers through meaningful conversations that improve lives through better hearing, working Monday to Friday with occasional evening shifts for New Zealand support.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise unique tools and campaigns to attract new customers and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Reconnect with lapsed customers and deliver compassionate, high‑quality experiences.
• Achieve individual and team goals in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, contact centres, sales or appointment‑based environments.
• Resilience, accountability and teamwork, thriving in a target‑driven setting.
