Customer Care Representative – Customer Growth Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join Audika’s Customer Growth Team in Australia. This permanent, full-time position works Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm with an additional fortnightly shift (12:00 pm-8:00 pm) to support New Zealand customers. After three months of training you can work from home one day per fortnight, increasing to two days per week after the six-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Use specialised tools and campaigns to attract new customers.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and ongoing hearing-care plans.
• Reconnect with lapsed customers and nurture relationships.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer experiences.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, contact-centre, sales or appointment-based settings.
