Customer Care Consultant - Trade Store, Orange

About the role

A permanent Customer Care Consultant is needed for the Orange Trade Store. Acting as the face of the business, you will create a great customer service experience, help the store run smoothly and contribute to its friendly culture. The role suits a retail all-rounder who enjoys a fast-paced environment and learning new things, and requires comfort lifting up to 15kg.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone and by email
• Give expert advice on a wide range of industrial products
• Replenish shelves and help with stocktake and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and visually appealing shopfront
• Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good physical fitness
• Comfort lifting up to 15kg
