Customer Care Consultant – Call Centre (Hybrid)

About the role

The Member Care Consultant role at HCF is a permanent, full‑time position based in Parramatta. You will join a high‑performing contact centre that delivers exceptional phone support to HCF members, with a hybrid working model after an initial three‑month on‑site training period.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with members over the phone, adhering to quality guidelines and demonstrating empathy.
• Identify member needs and aim for first‑contact resolution.
• Handle concerns, including vulnerable customers, to ensure a seamless experience.
• Investigate and address member pain points or complaints.
• Promote HCF products and services while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest or understanding of private health insurance.
• Previous experience in sales or product promotion.
• Solution‑focused mindset with resilience.
