Customer Assistant – Market Street & Café

About the role

We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our store team, supporting customers across Market Street and the café. You will work in a fast‑paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly, ensuring they receive the products they need.
• Support various store areas, including the café, by following safety procedures and equipment use.
• Resolve customer queries and provide assistance throughout the store.

Required profile

• Helpful and friendly approach with a passion for putting customers first.
• Enjoys staying active, working hands‑on in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Loves helping customers and resolving their queries.
