Customer Acquisition Specialist – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Cotality is seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to help grow its client base in the property intelligence sector. You will engage prospective customers across multiple channels, qualify leads, and guide them through the early sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email and digital platforms.
• Manage and nurture a personal sales pipeline using CRM and lead‑management tools.
• Qualify leads through needs‑based conversations and provide tailored product information, pricing guidance and demonstrations.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on all opportunities and capture accurate customer data.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success and Sales teams for smooth hand‑offs and onboarding.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a customer‑facing sales or success role.
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and managing a sales pipeline under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
