Culture, Engagement and Communications Advisor

About the role

The Culture, Engagement and Communications Advisor will act as an engagement specialist, employee experience curator and professional storyteller, delivering a wide range of initiatives across Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior managers, product and service owners to design and deliver communications programmes and employee‑experience advisory support.
• Lead the hands‑on delivery of engagement initiatives and events, ensuring they reflect great employee experience and effective communications.
• Produce impactful written and visual content, leveraging internal social platforms, data, AI and technology to innovate.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting culture, engagement and communications programmes.
• Creative flair for ideas and execution, with a passion for words and behavioural change.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and self‑starter attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience creating content for internal audiences (written and visual).
• Ability to leverage technology, data and AI to enhance communications and employee experience.
