CT Applications Specialist A&NZ

About the role

The CT Applications Specialist A&NZ provides post‑sale CT installation, training and customer service, including on‑site clinical in‑servicing and go‑live support. The role also delivers technical and clinical support during the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support during CT sales, including product demonstrations and clinical trial support.
• Deliver product training, monitor installations, and manage clinical handover and follow‑up training.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, improve satisfaction, and contribute to image libraries for demonstrations.
• Collaborate with modality leaders to develop reference sites and key opinion leader networks in ANZ.
• Produce post‑demo/training reports, raise product improvement ideas, and track customer issues to resolution.

Required profile

• Qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Radiation Science.
• Minimum 3 years of CT clinical/technical experience; experience with GE CT platforms preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the ANZ region.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clinical scanning proficiency on current CT products/platforms.
