Crushing & Screening Project Manager

About the role

MLG Oz, an ASX-listed contractor with more than 1,400 employees across 30 sites, is looking for a high-calibre Crushing & Screening Project Manager in Perth. The role takes full ownership of mobile crushing operations, driving safety, production, team performance and profitability. The salary is $200,000-$250,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and deliver mobile crushing and screening projects from mobilisation to completion, safely, on schedule and on budget
• Drive production targets, equipment utilisation and overall site performance
• Set the benchmark for safety, compliance and risk management
• Manage budgets, control costs and protect project profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Recruit, lead and manage teams across rostered operations
• Implement structured maintenance programs to maximise equipment uptime
• Develop site procedures, manage procurement (PRONTO) and deliver operational reporting
• Lead investigations, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in crushing & screening or mobile mining operations
• Relevant qualification, trade background or QM ticket (highly regarded)
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability
• Manual driver's licence and valid National Police Clearance
