About the role

Join Ignite Travel Group, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, as a Cruise Sales Consultant in Broadbeach. You will convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed cruise holiday bookings and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound travel enquiries into confirmed cruise holiday bookings.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored travel solutions to maximise sales opportunities.
• Overcome objections, close sales and achieve individual targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records with high attention to detail.
• Manage multiple enquiries in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous travel industry sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong sales and closing skills, able to identify needs and influence decisions.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable travel experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, solutions‑focused mindset with accountability and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency using multiple systems and technology platforms.
