Creator Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Creator Marketing Specialist will drive brand awareness and product relevance among content creators, influencers and opinion leaders, focusing on the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) segment. You will build authentic relationships with creators, develop mutually beneficial projects, and help position Red Bull as a trusted partner in their audiences' daily lives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage creators whose organic reach aligns with Red Bull’s fitness audience.
• Develop genuine, long‑term relationships by understanding each creator’s goals and interests.
• Collaborate with product experts to ensure creators become true product ambassadors.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sports, Brand and Field Marketing teams to design and execute creator‑focused initiatives throughout the year.
• Produce and deliver brand‑aligned tools and assets that support creator campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of creator marketing activities.
