Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

InTravel Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to become the trusted first point of contact for business travellers. Based in Melbourne (or flexible for the right candidate), you will manage end‑to‑end domestic and international travel programmes, ensuring compliance with client policies and delivering a highly personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and ancillary services.
• Construct competitive fares and handle complex international bookings using GDS platforms.
• Process changes, disruptions and emergencies calmly while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure all travel arrangements align with corporate travel policies and duty‑of‑care requirements.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, contribute ideas, and support the growth of client solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate travel consultant.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Comfortable navigating corporate travel policies and preferred supplier programs.
• Calm, resourceful, and solution‑focused when plans change.
• Enjoys a boutique, collaborative environment where work is visible.
