Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Corporate Travel Consultant you will join Amex GBT’s remote team to deliver outstanding service to corporate business clients, helping them plan and book travel while upholding the company’s inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, both individuals and groups.
• Research travel options, anticipate traveler needs and promote additional services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail and accommodation.
• Use Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo and Amadeus.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service‑provider policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional telephone service and handle special customer requests.
• Collaborate with teammates to coach, mentor and improve service levels.

Required profile

• Passion for client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native expertise in at least one GDS (Sabre or Amadeus preferred).
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity with personal traveler information.
• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including business or leisure travel and airline reservations.
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.
• Team‑oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
