Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Services

About the role

PwC Australia is hiring a Tax Manager or Senior Manager for its Financial Services Corporate Tax team in Sydney. You will work with iconic clients to help them meet tax compliance and risk management obligations, and provide strategic tax planning and transactional advice for banks, insurance companies, investment managers, managed investment trusts and super funds.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients navigate the changing tax landscape
• Use tax technology to improve client and internal processes
• Apply technical and market knowledge to drive thought leadership
• Lead and develop other staff in the team

Required profile

• Solid background in taxation for the financial services industry, such as experience with banks, insurance companies or funds management
• Australian tax experience
• Passion for client service and using technology to meet client goals
• Thrives in a collaborative, innovative culture
