Corporate Services Coordinator

About the role

Toll Group, part of Japan Post, is looking for a proactive, people-focused Corporate Services Coordinator to join Toll Global Forwarding. You will help create a safe, efficient and engaging workplace by supporting office operations, facilities management, workplace culture, onboarding and employee experience. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, delivers exceptional service and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day office and facilities operations across the workplace.
• Manage visitor, contractor and supplier interactions while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
• Support workplace health, safety and environmental requirements, including site inspections and training records.
• Assist with employee onboarding, workspace setup and offboarding.
• Coordinate employee events, culture initiatives and internal communications.
• Support travel arrangements, expenses and general administration for senior leaders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination or workplace operations.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors or external service providers.
• Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a hybrid or technology-enabled environment.
• Must be entitled to work in Australia and ready for pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
