Corporate Lawyer (M&A, ECM)

About the role

A fast-growing corporate team is looking for a lawyer to join its Corporate practice, which advises on complex public M&A and ECM matters across Australia. The role offers exposure to IPOs, equity raisings, corporate governance and compliance, and public company transactions, working alongside recognised leaders in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on complex corporate matters, including public M&A and ECM.
• Work on high-profile deals and advisory work for listed companies, financial institutions, investors and growth-stage businesses.
• Take part in IPOs, equity raisings, corporate governance and compliance, and public company transactions.

Required profile

• 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable corporate practice.
• Experience advising listed entities and an understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrated interest in capital markets, corporate transactions and company advisory work.
• Commercially minded and proactive, keen to develop in a high-performing team.

Required skills

• Excellent drafting skills.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
