Corporate Compliance Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a Corporate Compliance Partner to support the affiliate’s compliance framework, promote high standards of integrity, and ensure alignment with internal and external policies. The role reports to the Head of Legal & Ethics and works to embed a compliance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Roche global policies, local laws, and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, including transparency reporting.
• Manage the affiliate-wide risk and opportunity program within the Group Risk and Opportunity framework.
• Drive information compliance awareness, act as the primary contact, and support data reduction initiatives.
• Establish, embed and maintain the Business Continuity Management program for the affiliate.
• Support compliance monitoring, conduct gap analyses, and perform risk assessments for corporate compliance in Australia.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in law, accounting, finance, science, economics or business/commerce; CPA, CA or ACA advantageous.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry, preferably in a compliance function at a regional or global level.
• Experience in both compliance and risk management.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills, able to address controversial issues directly.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and provide candid feedback.
