About the role
Join the dynamic kitchen team of ALH, part of the Endeavour Group, and help create memorable dining experiences across New South Wales pubs. This hands‑on position focuses on delivering high‑quality dishes while upholding safety and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew to produce dishes that exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation in line with ALH standards.
- Support a culture centred on safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Relevant trade cooking qualifications.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Professional cooking techniques.
- Manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs, and deliveries.

- Salary range $70,108.37 – $85,000 AUD + Super.
