Conveyancing Paralegal (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award‑winning conveyancing practice. The role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from home while handling residential conveyancing files from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 30‑35 residential conveyancing files each month from initiation to settlement.
• Maintain accurate records, track key dates, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Develop and sustain referral relationships with industry professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Queensland conveyancing experience.
• Highly organised, able to prioritize daily tasks and emails.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while seeking assistance when needed.

Required skills

• Experience with Queensland conveyancing processes.
• Preferably registered/qualified as a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland.
