About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award‑winning conveyancing practice. The role is remote, ideally based in the Cairns/Townsville region, and involves managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 30‑35 residential conveyancing files A‑Z each month with administrative support.
- Maintain and develop sustainable referral relationships with industry professionals.
- Ensure daily tasks, emails, key dates and deadlines are tracked and met.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years Queensland conveyancing experience.
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously while seeking help when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet KPIs and handle task‑based work.
Required skills
- Experience with residential conveyancing processes.
