About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award‑winning conveyancing practice in a hybrid setup. The role involves managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish while collaborating with a supportive administration team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 30‑35 residential conveyancing files A‑Z each month.
- Maintain key dates, track deadlines and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Develop and sustain referral relationships with industry professionals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years Queensland conveyancing experience.
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and seek help when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience in residential conveyancing processes.
- Strong administrative and document management abilities.
