Contracts Advisor

About the role

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor to join its high‑performing Site Services team at the Duketon gold operation. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term, site‑based role working on an 8:6 FIFO roster, supporting the development, negotiation and administration of a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end contract processes including tendering, evaluation, award and ongoing administration.
• Assist with contract governance and compliance, preparing and coordinating documentation and correspondence.
• Participate in contract negotiations, amendments and supplementary agreements to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Analyse contractor performance and cost data, reporting insights and identifying opportunities for value optimisation.
• Coordinate contract review meetings and engage with internal stakeholders and contracting partners.
• Liaise with legal, operations, finance and suppliers to ensure alignment and effective contract management.
• Develop contract terms and conditions with risk mitigation and protection of company interests.
• Maintain and refresh the Duketon Contracts Register and support change management, progress claim verification, variations and site instructions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract development, negotiation and administration within a mining or resources environment.
• Ability to work on an 8:6 FIFO schedule and operate effectively on a remote site.
• Strong analytical skills to assess contractor performance and cost data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
