About the role
ADCO is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Project Manager on new‑build commercial projects in Melbourne. The role focuses on ensuring contracts, sub‑contracts and related documentation are accurate, compliant and aligned with project financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated delivery of construction projects.
- Produce and maintain documents and plans that govern project delivery.
- Compile accurate scopes of work for sub‑contracts.
- Review and approve subcontractor plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Verify that subcontract and supply agreements meet project and company contractual and legal requirements.
- Administer project management, change and control processes in line with contractual conditions, time‑bars and administrative timeframes.
- Utilise Jobpac accurately for project administration.
Required profile
- Experience supporting a Project Manager on construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail in contract documentation.
- Ability to work to project financial targets and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Australian construction contract practices.
