Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Lead will drive process excellence across our Seven Hills manufacturing site, reducing losses, improving equipment reliability and standardising best practices. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced FMCG environment and partner with production and maintenance teams to deliver measurable gains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to cut process losses, boost equipment reliability and replicate successful solutions across lines or sites.
• Create, maintain and improve equipment and process standards in partnership with production and maintenance.
• Use production data and monitoring systems to track critical measures, set target operating conditions and drive reliability improvements.
• Reduce changeover downtime by setting targets, standardising steps, tracking performance and running focused workshops.
• Plan and run regular equipment/process health checks, identify gaps and lead corrective actions.
• Participate in daily production planning meetings, report key performance metrics such as OEE and unplanned stop times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and proven track record in continuous improvement within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience coaching frontline leaders, leading structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
