Machine Operator – Production Line

About the role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join its production line in Seven Hills. You will be responsible for running and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production of food products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate filling, labelling and packing machines, and perform batch weighing of ingredients.
• Conduct quality checks, maintain accurate production documentation, and keep the work area tidy.
• Set up machinery for product changes, perform routine lubrication, tightening and cleaning.
• Record machine breakdowns, communicate issues to the team, and carry out basic maintenance.

Required profile

• Physical fitness with ability to lift 25 kg or more throughout the shift.
• Flexibility, multi‑skilling and good problem‑solving abilities.
• Organisational, numerical and mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
