Maintenance Lead – Production Facility

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for its Seven Hills wet production area. You will drive loss elimination, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and develop team capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to eliminate breakdown‑related losses and support 90‑day loss‑elimination planning.
• Supervise resources, manage the preventative maintenance schedule, and own M&R costs for the wet section.
• Participate in daily planning meetings, DDS meetings, and coordinate workflow through the Mainpac system.
• Source materials and spare parts, assist with hands‑on tasks, and contribute to capital project scopes.

Required profile

• Certificate III or IV in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology.
• 5+ years of maintenance‑lead experience in an FMCG environment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge of FMCG equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and supervisory skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mainpac maintenance software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Certified in Lock‑out/Tag‑out (LOTO) procedures.
