Content Specialist – Australian Market (Remote or Paris)

About the role

Bump is looking for a growth‑focused Content Specialist who lives and breathes TikTok and Australian internet culture. You will own the content strategy for the Australian market, creating short‑form videos, managing creators, and turning trends into performance‑driving assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content roadmap to grow Bump’s presence in Australia.
• Produce high‑performing TikTok, Reels and UGC‑style ads.
• Identify, recruit and manage a pipeline of Australian creators and micro‑influencers.
• Collaborate with paid‑marketing teams to amplify content performance.
• Write briefs, give creative feedback and ensure external creators deliver on brand goals.
• Participate daily with growth, distribution and product teams in the Paris office.
• Support launches, events and Australia‑focused activations.

Required profile

• 1–5+ years experience producing short‑form content for brands, agencies or creators.
• Proven track record creating ads, especially UGC‑style.
• Experience managing creators and providing actionable feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Australian creator landscape.
• Fluent English, lived in Australia and comfortable working onsite in Paris or remotely from Australia.
