Content Producer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing financial services brand as a hands‑on Content Producer. Working directly with the founder, you will build a high‑volume content engine for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta ads, combining organic social and paid digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and structure weekly content production, including preparation, shooting and post‑production.
• Shoot high‑volume short‑form organic videos and paid ad creative, and produce long‑form YouTube/podcast‑style pieces.
• Test different ad formats, hooks, angles and creative concepts to optimise performance.
• Brief and direct an offshore editor to maintain quality and consistency.
• Learn and apply Meta Ads Manager to help optimise campaign performance.
• Help build a scalable content production system across the business.

Required profile

• 4–5 years’ experience creating content and recording ads, preferably for service‑based businesses.
• Strong camera and shooting skills with the ability to capture various formats.
• Comfortable producing high volumes of content quickly and moving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, proactive and willing to test new ideas.
• Interest in learning the paid‑advertising side of the business.
• Systems thinker who wants to build processes, not just execute individual shoots.

Required skills
