Brand & Reputation Advisor

About the role

Join Gallagher Bassett as a Brand & Reputation Advisor, driving internal communications and brand compliance for Australian operations. This permanent, hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home and from offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communication collateral such as emails, news articles, graphics, and SharePoint pages tailored to specific audiences.
• Support senior leadership with crisis and change communications, creating briefing documents, messaging and materials.
• Manage brand identity, ensuring visual consistency, tone of voice and messaging across all internal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the MARCOM team to provide communications advice on major projects and maintain content calendars.
• Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in communications or marketing within a corporate environment.
• Strong writing ability with the capacity to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and comfortable delivering professional advice to senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
