Content, Email & Social Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing tech platform to lead their content, email and social marketing efforts. This hybrid role (4 days onsite in Sydney CBD, 1 day remote) requires a hands‑on generalist who can plan campaigns, create compelling copy, produce video reels and analyse performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end email marketing strategy, production and optimisation, including segmentation, lifecycle triggers and performance reporting.
• Create on‑brand copy and visual content for email, social, web and campaigns; produce and edit short‑form video for social channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across relevant social platforms, planning and scheduling organic content.
• Track and analyse performance across email, content and social using analytics tools, run A/B tests and report insights.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as brand collaborations, SEO/AEO content and general marketing tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content, email/lifecycle or growth marketing.
• Strong writing ability with proven end‑to‑end email campaign execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving small team and handling shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Braze.
• Video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro) or a proven social media presence.
• Analytics tools knowledge (GA4, Search Console or similar).
• Basic HTML/CSS for email or landing‑page troubleshooting (optional).
