About the role
As a Contact Centre Specialist based in South Yarra, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, delivering an exceptional service experience and supporting customers with complex banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide high‑quality customer service.
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services based on customer needs.
- Achieve set targets and KPIs while maintaining service standards.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer service, sales or retail within banking or a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering stellar service and meeting performance targets.
- Team player with a motivated approach and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate in‑house systems and databases.
