Consultant or Senior Consultant – Leadership Development

About the role

Steople is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to design and deliver leadership development programmes that drive sustainable behavioural change. Based in Melbourne with a hybrid work model, you will partner with organisations across Australia and New Zealand to support leaders, teams and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design and develop leadership development proposals, programmes and learning experiences.
• Facilitate front‑line, emerging and people‑leader programmes.
• Apply behavioural science and evidence‑based practices to engage participants.
• Co‑manage client accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support client diagnostics and develop leadership development strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in leadership development, organisational development or learning and development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Strong facilitation skills with growing confidence.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consulting abilities.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with clients.
• Willingness to travel interstate when required.
